When you want to make a reservation: please first click on the preferred date of arrival and then on the preferred date of departure. In July and August renting is only by week, from Friday to Friday.
Underneath the calendar the applicable rental price will appear for the selected holidayhome and period, including normal electricity & water charges; use of available bed linen, towels, WIFI and (mandatory) final cleaning (€ 50,-), but does not include local tourist taxes (€ 0.94 per adult per night).
Periods other then July and August you can optionally book a shorter stay, with a minimum of three nights. The applicable rental price per booked night is then € 85,- for holidayhome Montfort and € 70,- for holidayhome Sylvia, plus an additional fee of €50,- for the mandatory end-of-stay cleaning, based on a maximum of 4 persons for holidayhome Montfort and a maximum of 2 persons for holidayhome Sylvia. Underneath the calendar the applicable rental price will appear for the selected holidayhome and period, including all the costs mentioned above.
